TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking conditions and mode of payment
To comfirm the booking will be suffucient paying a deposit ( 25% of the total amount) by bank transfer or via Paypal and giving a suitable guarantee in favour of Sperlongaresort. Then the arrival day you are required to pay to Sperlongaresort your payment for the balance of the rental by cash.
When Sperlongaresort receives the wire receipt by e-mail you will receive a definitive confirmation booking rental agreement from Serena Trani via e-mail and we’ll proceed with the activation of your booking.
2. Cancellation of Booking
a) If the client cancels
If you need to cancel the booking, you may send an e-mail to:
The cancellation policy of Sperlongaresort is as follows:
Cancellation: 60 days before arrival
Penalty: 50 Euro processing fee
The 50 Euro processing fee will be retained from the downpayment.
You will be reimbursed for the difference . The cost of the corresponding operation will be retained.
Cancellation: Between 60 to 30 days before arrival
Penalty: Total amount of the advance fee
Sperlongaresort will keep the total amount of your paid advance fee.
Cancellation: Less than 30 days before arrival
Penalty: 100% of the total amount of the booking
Our apartment requires a security deposit to guarantee rights, obligations and to cover any possible damage to the apartment or its equipment. The exact amount of the deposit that has to be paid in order to confirm the booking is specified in the voucher . The amount of the deposit must be paid at arrival by cash it´s based on the amount stated on the voucher It will be returned upon check-out, with exception to what’s stated on point 7. The lodging provider will make sure that the guest has not caused any damage. If damage has been caused he will deduct the amount required to repair the damage from the deposit.
4. Cleaning service
The rental rate doesn't include the final cleaning fee price and the bed linen and bath towels . Available the of bed linen and bath towels for 12 euro each person and cleaning service for 12 euro per hour.
5. Arrival and departure terms and conditions
On arrival day one of our agent will be waiting for the client in an agreeded meeting point in town, as close as possible to the apartment so she needs to know the flight details or the expected arrival time at the apartment at least 4 days in advance to arrange the appointment for the check in.
The guest must contact Sperlongaresort 4 days before the arrival to communicate the approximate arrival time, by e-mail (email@example.com )
The arrival day, the guest MUST CALL 2 hours before the probable appointment to +39 340 9358334 to fix the check in time. If this does not happen Sperlongaresort will be not responsible for check-in delays.
The Check-in and check-out procedures are included in the apartment rates based on the following times:
Unless otherwise stated, the check-in time is from 4:00 pm. to 23:30 pm. and the check-out must be not later than 10:30 am.
However, if possible, upon request, the client may check-in and check-out at the most convenient time for him/her. Check in time and check out time outside business hours can be arranged too.
6. Number of people
Clients cannot bring a party that exceeds the number of people stated in the booking confirmation. Sperlongaresort has the right to withdraw from the contract if the number of people is not that specified on the reservation form. In this case no refund will be given.
7. Tenant’s obligations
The tenant must pledge to occupy the lodging respecting the regulations of the good neighbourhood. The apartment must be left in order. More specifically: the pottery must be cleaned, the garbage must be thrown in the public garbage can, outside the apartment. Those properties that require a cash security deposit clearly state it on the voucher. The security deposit is paid for on arrival in cash and returned to the Client at check out after a verification of eventual damage or breakage that may occur during your stay. In cases where no security deposit is required and excessive damages are incurred due to the negligence of the client, the cient will have to pay the remaining. Clients are held to respect the property and the traditions of the location. If the clients or their party fail to behave in a civilised and decent manner, Serena Trani has the right to ask the party to leave the property immediately and before the schedules departure date and has the right to deduct the sum of any damage incurred from the security deposit or from the client´s provided credit card in addition to and cleaning fees. In this case the client loses all rights to any reimbursement of rental costs.
8. Apartment conditions:
The apartment will be clean and ready for your stay upon your arrival. You are expected to leave the flat in the same conditions in which you found it. No damage is to be done to the property, the furniture and all the things inside the apartment. If you find something broken/not working properly in your accommodation please immediately report it to her as soon as possible . Sperlongaresort can not be held responsible for any inefficiency if reported too late (e.g. at the end of your stay). The group leader, whose name appears in the booking voucher, is the responsible person for the behaviour of her/his party. If there are insufficiencies in the apartment, the client has to directly contact Sperlongaresort .
Sperlongaresort will not be held responsible for:
Robbery in the apartment
Other causes out of the control of Sperlongaresort (natural calamities, wars, terrorist attacks etc.)
